I got a 6 month old kitten a couple of weeks ago. She is a tortoise shell. She is an indoor/outdoor cat and has been doing fine with this arrangement. The previous owners, who rescued her, said she loved being outside. Well, last time I saw her, she was in the backyard and now it's been two days with no sign of her... There are a lot of things in the backyard and she could be hiding anywhere. I'm just wondering if she left the yard or if she is indeed hiding.. Can anyone see where she is? I'm worried and I miss her...:(

I have a feeling that she may be seeing other people. :P
Someone may have taken her in.

I don't think any coyotes got to her.

I already walked around the block earlier today hoping I might find her.. now I am feeling I should maybe start knocking on some neighbors doors to see if anyone has seen her..

I don't think that would be a bad idea. Do you have a photo, or a picture of a similar cat?

Found her at the first door I knocked on and the lady was so happy to see me cuz she said in a few minutes, she was going to walk around the block and ask if anyone lost a cat! The lady who found her is a big animal lover and was gonna try to find her a home until she noticed Chai is spayed and figured she's someones cat.... I'm happy, happy, happy...missed my kitty!

This curious kitten is missing again... anyone see anything? She has actually been showing up in my dreams and in this last one, she was stuck somewhere, like in a garage...

Do you have an area nearby with some building materials, concrete slabs and pipes? This just came to mind, and could a tally be in or next to someone's garage. Second thought was a tree? Posted Image
