  1. January Blues

    Posted 20 Jan 2017

    Hello everyone,

I know a number of us in the northern hemisphere are experiencing the January blues.

When it's not possible to escape the weather, what do you do to help yourself out of a rut?

I'm trying to exercise more, which does help, and drinking a lot of herbal teas to stay warm and relaxed. Caffeine also helps, but I'm trying to cut down on coffee because it is making my stomach upset.
  2. Divination Tools

    Posted 10 Nov 2016

What divination tools do you use?

What do you like about them?

I personally use tarot most frequently as a guide. I think it just helps me sort out my assumptions vs the reality of a situation and forces me to think a little more objectively. I very much enjoy seeing what others read in the cards. It's more of an analysis tool to me.

I also like to read tea leaves (or turkish coffee grounds) for fun. I'm pretty adept at it, but rarely have the opportunity. Again, it's more of a realization of current events rather than a prediction tool
  3. What perspective do you dream in?

    Posted 2 Nov 2016

While thinking about my dreams last night this question crossed my mind:

Do you dream in 1st person or 3rd person? And, if in 3rd person, is it an observation of yourself or are you just not part of the dream at all?

I have many where I am just not part of it at all...like I'm watching a movie. Though, I'd say about 75% of my dreams are in first person. It just seems like most people I know, when they share a dream, it's in first person.
